The Junior Deal

The Sparta Summer Arts Workshop is opening up a morning workshop for students entering the third and fourth grades. We have had many queries in the past regarding options for younger students; it seems that now is the time to expand in that direction.

The Junior Workshop timeline parallels the main Workshop, both in the daily schedule (9:00 AM to Noon; four periods per day) as well as the weekly schedule (Monday through Thursday). Transportation for families who have children in both the regular and Junior Workshops will not be a problem.

The Junior Workshop is a self-contained environment; the four periods will explore different facets of the "Dramatic" experience, led by the very capable and accomplished Drama Geek, Mr. Josh Reed.

Students will have to option to insert one Art course outside of the Junior Workshop into the child's schedule. During any given period, there are three available Art classes. You may browse those options on the Junior registration form.

This is a brand new program so, while we have planned and discussed it for many months, it may have some kinks that we have yet to consider. Please feel free to contact us and communicate your thoughts or concerns. We want our new Junior Workshop to be an excellent experience for every student and your input will best assist us in providing it.
